  • No. We don’t run credit checks, and your pawn is not reported to credit bureaus.

  • Your item and a valid government-issued ID. If you have original boxes/papers/receipts, bring them—they can enhance value.

  • The minimum term is 60 days. You can renew in 30-day increments where permitted. There’s no maximum—continue renewing as allowed.

  • You can renew by paying the amount due for the current period to extend another 30 days (where permitted). Ask your store for specifics.

  • If you don’t redeem or renew by the due date, the item is considered forfeited, and we may offer it for sale. There are no late fees, collections, or negative credit reporting.

  • Typically, the original ticket and a valid ID are required. Visit or call your location for any exceptions.

  • Yes—our process includes secure handling. We recommend you sign out and factory-reset your device before pawning.

  • Yes. You can pawn more than one item and even bundle items to reach your desired loan amount.

There are no financial implications. If no payment is made the loan simply defaults. Collection practices include sending a text message or email reminding the client payment is due. There is no impact to a client's credit score for late or non-payment. Loans are renewed when an interest payment is made. APR does not exceed 24%. There are no additional fees or penalties when renewing a loan. No loans offered are under 60 days. Early prepayment options that are available are not associated with any fees or cost. The loan is not required to be repaid within 60 days. The minimum repayment period is 1 day and maximum is 10 years.
